I identify real corporate needs and create the solutions: recently I exited a company I co-founded and led as Co-CEO (€2.5M revenue, 1,100 clients, 14-person team). There I ran tight feedback loops with users (killed what didn’t work, scaled what did), translated ideas into designs and a working marketplace, built/automated/delegated systems, and coordinated projects and teams to scale the business. I’m trilingual (EN/DE/PL) and come from communication design: 10+ years turning ideas into clear visuals.
GlassDollar is my lane: the intersection of startups and industry pains, turning them into real PoCs. I love talking to customers, understanding their pains, find the right solutions and conducting a pilot. What I did as a founder I want to apply to selecting and executing PoC.
On the Founder Associate/COO side, I’m happy to handle the unglamorous essentials (calendar, travel, inbox) while building the structures that keep everyone moving—automations, templates, dashboards, crisp comms. I’ve shipped decks and social assets, hosted 60-person meetups in London, and use modern tools + automation daily to remove repetitive work.

Managed and executed YouTube campaigns, sourcing and negotiating with creators, testing their channels and track results to decide further collaboration
