I thrive in the unique energy of early-stage ideas, where momentum, ambiguity, and creative chaos aren’t just accepted—they’re required. You need to operate at full speed, fail fast, and keep on iterating.

I’m a highly driven individual, coming straight from the CEO role, a month after exiting a company I cofounded myself (€2.5M revenue, 1,100 clients, and 14 employees). I validated new ideas, executer hands-on MVPs, leveraged AI tools and automation to build scalable processes and run rapid user and market tests. I know firsthand what it means to juggle shifting priorities, set up new departments, and constantly adapt.

Joining Atmio is appealing because it means callaborating with the CEO to turn ideas into something real, fast—and in climate tech, which matters to me. I love forming hypotheses, talking to customers, digging into new markets, and running experiments until something clicks. The feeling when it clicks is addictive.

I want to put my founder energy to work and help Atmio find opportunities, test them, and turn the best ones into real businesses. And with my recent exit, I will add value as an Entrepreneur in Residence from day one. No extensive onboarding needed.
