Founder's Associate

Hey, I’m Dan

I thrive in early-stage chaos where speed, ambiguity, and constant change are the norm. I’ve just exited a company I co-founded and led as Co-CEO (€2.5M revenue, 1,100 clients, 14-person team). I built the reporting and CRM systems, established the processes and automations that the company is still running on and owned UI/UX design of our webapp and website.

I will build the engines you need: insider outreach & events, partnership pipelines, and tight internal ops (priority tracking, talent/volunteer funnels, fundraising hygiene, KPI dashboards). I’m comfortable with sensitive, zero-error tasks and default to confidentiality and crisp written comms. Lived in four countries (learned the language from scratch twice), which taught me nonverbal listening, empathy, and how to read a room across cultures.

I’m pro-innovation yet reject "move fast & break things": my view is utilitarian and deontological — ship what society truly needs, inside firm ethical guardrails and policy. I’m also aligned with independent, anti-establishment accountability: protecting insiders and speaking truth to power. Native German, fluent English; set up a German entity; right to work in DE & UK. I follow AI-safety topics (scaling laws, evals, alignment risks) and want to make speaking up normal, safe, and effective.

I care about accountable AI and protecting insiders. I can also support light research (surveys, interviews, Rob Fitzpatrick's "Mom-Test” style conversations), partner mapping, and event execution. I’m ready to plug in as the founder’s right hand and start shipping from day one—let’s talk about where you need leverage first.
